研究方向
(1)植物-微生物互作机制:由超积累植物促生菌与富集植物组成微生物-植物联合体系,结合植物生理学和分子生物学分析,深入探究微生物调控植物生长和重金属吸收转运的作用机理和分子机制。
(2)重金属污染土壤的生物修复:针对重金属污染土壤,采用超积累植物、富集植物以及植物促生菌作为修复材料,结合离子组学、微生物组学等研究技术和手段,对土壤-根际-植物系统中重金属的吸收-转运过程进行深入研究。
